삼영기계는 2014년 국내 최초 바인더 젯팅 샌드 3D프린팅 몰드 및 주조품 RP 제작 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
최근에는 중대형 샌드 3D프린터를 출시하였습니다. 주조용 몰드는 기존 방식과 달리 목·금형이 필요 없으며
설계 자유도 향상으로 원하는 어떠한 형상도 제작이 가능합니다. 또한 하이브리드 주조 공정기술을 개발하여
당사 개발·양산품에 활발히 적용하고 있으며, 건축 및 건설·자동차·조형물·문화예술품 등 다양한 분야의
3D 프린팅 프로젝트를 수행하였습니다. 삼영기계는 발전·선박·철도 분야의 핵심 부품을 생산하는 전문기업으로
최근 소재·부품·장비 강소기업100에 선정되었으며, 설계·해석·주조·가공·검사에 이르기까지 모든 작업을
자체적으로 수행할 수 있는 수직연계 시스템을 보유하고 있습니다.
Samyoung Machinery provides sand mold 3D-printing and rapid-prototyping services using binder jetting sand 3D printer,
and developed and released a large sand 3D printer. Sand 3D printing does not require wooden/metallic patterns and
can produce any shape you want. Samyoung is actively applying sand 3D printing to casting parts development and
mass production, and is carrying out 3D printing projects in various fields such as railways, automobiles, constructions,
etc. Samyoung produces pistons, cylinder heads, engine blocks which are key engine parts for power plants/ships/railways,
and was selected as one of the 100 Hidden Champions by the Ministry of SMEs. Samyoung has a
vertically-integrated process including design, analysis, casting, machining, and inspection.
