Having over 20 year experience of 5-Axis precision manufacturer, we can produce high quality Aircraft Engine

Parts with various hard metals like Titanium and Inconel. We are now making engine components of military 

aircraft for F100(P&W), and for B747 and B787(GE) and for A380 (R&R). Using 5-Axis CAD/CAM and 5-Axis 

Machines, we produce, measure and analyze various Impellers for gas turbine engine, and Turbo Charger 

Impellers & Blades for ships. Based on over 20 year experience of the precision manufacturing with 5-Axis 

CAD/CAM system, Catia, Hyper-Mill, Vericut, NC SIMUL, Simulation Programs and high speed machines, 

we are producing Airframe Parts for Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, and also for military program too. Also, 

we have started developing LED lights and are progressing smoothly.

차세대 수륙양용 차륜형장갑차가 수중기동을 할 수 있게 하는 임펠러 입니다. 알루미늄-동 합금소재를 

주조하여 형을 만든 후 고속5축가공기를 활용해 정밀형상 가공을 진행합니다. 저희는 임펠러 형상의 

가공에 필요한 주요 기술과 경험을 다수 보유하고 있습니다. 

It is an impeller that enables next-generation LTV to operate underwater. Cast aluminum-copper alloy 

materials to form a mold, then use high-speed 5-axial machine to process precision. We have a number 

of key skills and experiences for processing impeller shapes.
